I misread the post I bumped up the page. Russian Doll is on netflix, starring the woman who is in Poker Face.

Poker Face itself is on Peacock which is the NBC streaming service. Sorry.

Yes do. Apparently Peacock is free but the free version only unlocks certain things. Zero chance of this being a part of that I would imagine.

Maybe it's some panic about a viewer's attention span? I don't watch enough modern TV to have noticed this really although Columbo itself had a phase where before the opening titles they showed a bunch of clips. It was like watching a trailer 30 seconds before the actual film starts. Fast forward here too yes.
