That maybe true but it's a different discussion to comparing the punishments they both got. A sentence can only be passed on the crime they were found guilty for. Whether we like it or not, Higgins was found not guilty, Lee wasn't

That maybe true but it's a different discussion to comparing the punishments they both got. A sentence can only be passed on the crime they were found guilty for. Whether we like it or not, Higgins was found to be a multiple world champion and needed to market the game, Lee wasn't[/quote]

Barry Hearn, who took over as World Snooker chairman two years ago and set up an integrity unit headed by former detective chief superintendent Nigel Mawer, has promised a "zero-tolerance" approach to cheating.

"I am independent and outside the organisation and have a law enforcement background, and all the intelligence on irregular betting comes to me," said Mawer.
