Currently liking the Twinings green tea 'with' range... salted caramel, gingerbread, lemon drizzle cake, cherry bakewell.

Plus lots of rooibos (or redbush) tea too, which I think is technically not tea at all but that's fine. Good for a night drink as it's caffeine free. Rooibos with vanilla even better.

That's the stuff I've been using. Sleepy tea before bed.
Doesn't make sense drinking a coffee before you go to bed so why drink tea which has a much stimulant in it.

Before that I used to slice a bit of fresh ginger, lemon or lime and a stick of cinnamon. Works a treat with a bit of honey or agave syrup. Good for the digestion too if you suffer from acid.

I drink as many as the staff make me when at work and at home I only ever make myself one in the morning, Mrs and little un will make me one even without me asking for one other times during the day so it could be 3, Could end up being 8 or 9 a day.

Very nice. I have put ground cinnamon in instant coffee before. It mixed really well.

Ground turmeric and black pepper I sometimes make, just stirred into boiled water. Zips right through you that does.

+1 to no late caffeine. Peppermint tea is also nice for evenings.
