I'm not convinced it's fake at all. As soon as I saw it on Twitter, I searched Facebook for a fake profile using the exact same profile pic with Bo's name and nothing came up. I think it's more than plausible she did make the comment, in a group or page she thought was safe, and is backtracking now it's gone viral

Almost certainly fake. I've seen her vociferously cheering Lisa on in crowds even against other members of the inner circle and it's not like it's the first time Lisa has tried for a card either.
