I would have thought that you would be a fan of Portaloo...

Maybe he is too young for you :D
I'll be dreaming of rooting the lad for sure, unless he's up against one of my jobbers like Jason Lowe or Andy Boulton of course
filth
Taylor wont play

As a general rule, I favour foreign jobbers over British ones, although I like Lowe, he's capable, and produced one of the most hilarious moments of the year last year when he beat Smiffy

Is it Double7Dream on here who's from Zimbabwe? Interesting to see not only the usual majority of South Africans and a token Zimbabwean, but also Zambia and Botswana represented too...I have no idea if they're any good, but it's certainly interesting to see!

Still all South African nations, need a bit of Kenyan, Nigerian and Algerian representation. Maybe a Mauritanian and Seychellois too just to get me excited

Well, the event is held in South Africa! I know there is a half-decent Kenyan player called Patrick Kithi who does the WDF circuit, but I think he lives in America

The lad who played at the world cup wasn't a terrible player. Wouldn't be surprised to see him qualify

Gabriels isn't it? He more than played his part in the doubles game at the World Cup I remember
Carolissen wasn't too bad last year, Masande Mgedeza is a good player, there are some decent players in southern Africa who just don't get anywhere near the same opportunities that, say, the North Americans or the Antipodeans get (even though, ironically, they had their own event vs the PDC pros way before the World Series was even a thing in its current iteration)

So unless the World Youth champion is someone like Gawlas, they'll drop from the ProTour spots into the international spots, interesting.

Finally some thorough clarity.

Bit top heavy with the opportunities for Euro jobber tour card holders vs UK ones given they could play in two qualifiers. However, I like the double try for the Europeans, means we'll see better players down the line.

Also looks like Dave Cameron will take the Canadian spot if he finishes above Smith. If Smith is top, he drops into international. Campbell looks CT no matter what.

Smith isn't playing in the CDC, he's playing in Barnsley at the moment!

Yeah but he's near the top of the CDC rankings so in the (very) unlikely event nobody overtakes him he'll switch to international. But fact he's not playing means he'll probably fall down the CDC table (which he wants)
