Didn't see any of it but it looked like a hard fought loss.
Wasn't impressed by. Busta, expect Anderson will over power him.

Will start the year on 2290 points which in the current rankings equates to 19th. So would still be a seed at the Australian but would meet any of the top 16 seeds at the Last 32 stage.

Wonder why the women's game is so strong in the states but the mens is a disaster.

Nadal cruises through, but can't judge if he's actually playing well, Rublev was awful, errors all over the place

Can't wait for the Federer-Del Potro game. Staying up for it, should be game of the tournament.

Del potro had too much for Federer.
Unless he is fatigued, I fancy he may do the same to Nadal.

Although the write up suggests Federer was off form.
Either way del potros game is made for this surface.

Looking at Del Porto and Nadal h2h D seems to have the measure of N on hard courts. If D's fitness is there it will be close.

Well done Nadal, 16th Grand Slam title is a good achievement despite it indisputably being the easiest grand slam win in the open era. The state of men's tennis at the moment is horrendous.
