Re: Pro Wrestling
I went to the AEW show at Wembley on the August bank holiday weekend.
Was an excellent show and experience.

Re: Pro Wrestling
The crowd were loud throughout the entire show, was great.
Nice little match that.
Always good to see big-man, little-man matches.
Especially with Mysterio who sold excellently for Brock.
And I was just about to ask when this was from but it has to be Dec 2003/Jan 2004, as Lesnar faced Hardcore Holly at the 2004 Royal Rumble.

Yep, December 2003.
Glad you enjoyed it

Re: Pro Wrestling
Nice to remember how Mysterio was so agile as well.
But I guess age catches up to us all, as he naturally can’t keep up with that quickness in 2023.

Lesnar battering the disabled zach gowen including throwing him down the stairs in a 2003 is a highlight of mine from that Smackdown era.

It’s not Giant Haystacks, so it doesn’t matter.

I watched Big Daddy vs Haystacks recently funny enough.

Would never have happened if Johnny Ace hired the right man.

Me too, was fantastic. Was at the o2 for Smackdown and Money in the Bank as well.
Punk back to WWE?

Same here. Chicago would be the obvious place to bring him in though.

The WWE wouldn't let pettiness of people like The Young Bucks get in the way of making money.

Re: Pro Wrestling
I think it will be Survivor Series but I’d prefer him being #30 in the Rumble.

Re: Pro Wrestling
I'd say there's more like a 90% chance, pretty much nailed on now I would think. As you say, the WWE will know it's a good opportunity for them. It is a business after all.Jimmi wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2023 2:20 pmAbout 70% sure it will happen.Cooking with Sanchez wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2023 9:25 amMe too, was fantastic.
