Re: snooker thread
He is trying to make a point but the time was before the qualifiers to make it.

Uncle Barry not too thrilled either. He's rarely this candid on ongoing individual cases.Emulsfier wrote: ↑Thu Jul 30, 2020 4:56 pm No lie Hamilton is an utter twat here. His reason for withdrawing he is worried about his asthma. Did he get that diagnosed yesterday or something? Fuckhead was never going to play at the crucible, just wanted to try his luck at pocketing 20K and deprive someone of the chance to play at the world championships.
Barry Hearn @BarryHearn
I agree with him not playing. I just don’t think it was fair him entering the qualifiers if he knew he didn’t want to play in the entire event.
Barry Hearn @BarryHearn
Your missing the point. Of course I don’t want him to play if he has a health problem. My point is he had that problem when he entered the qualifiers in which he shouldn’t have played if he knew he wasn’t going to play the whole event.
...By playing he prevented a fellow pro from playing at the crucible. You don’t enter a qualifier you enter an event.

Think you guys are being too harsh on the Sheriff. I agree with Robert Milkins here. His Tour Card was in danger if he earnt no money at the Qualifiers.

Re: snooker thread
This and the bbc article with Ronnie Aswell I can see both sides of the argument tbf. But the way Hearn has gone on is very unprofessional in my eyes.Captain Hobo wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 12:37 am Think you guys are being too harsh on the Sheriff. I agree with Robert Milkins here. To be fair to Ronnie, he was avoiding handshaking before it was cool.

Look at the shitty little perspex screen between the chairs.
That'll make a difference.

Bingham and especially Ding will be kicking themselves to not be out of sight. Ford wont finish the job on Trump, he is another waste of skin.
