Trying to recoup whatever they have invested in him.

Such a terrible interview, soft soap at best made worse by his declaration at the start "i'm going to go places you might not want to go" like he was interviewing a convicted mass murderer.

By the end of the interview Cadby was making all the same big predictions of immediate success he had earlier admitted was all hot air the last time he came back and yet the interviewer never pulled him on it or asked if he genuinely believes it this time.

It's telling it's only when he had nothing left he had this moment of clarity, almost certain he will balls up again once he has a bit of money available to him.

Seriously Mac is a fucking idiot as are most people involved in darts. Sad to say it is true that darts for some reason attracts idiots in large proportions. Alot of the stupidity that one sees in darts is much less frequently seen in other sports except maybe boxing. Not surprising.


The fact that Mac let this interview happen is a testament to his idiocy. Cadby isnt smart enough or mature enough to control himself. And even if he was he certainly has Not had enough time to set himself straight, understand the problem of alcohol and depression to be speaking about it in public. Save it for the book or the movie that is where the real money is. The other proof of Macs idiocy the way he has handled Cadby and the social media fiasco. This is fucking mngmt 101 stuff and mac fucked it up.

I get why target and Mac are still trying to get water from the Cadby well. His kind of talent only comes along once in a great while. The only thing In his way is himself. And given Cadby stupidity coupled with his immaturity that is a big obstacle. Everyone thinks they can be the one to control and fix Cadby.
