I want to know why Razma got fined for resigning a match when others did it and got away scotfree. Didnt the waste of skin Lewis average 48 after 3 legs and give up? Where is that tosspots fine?
I remember D Webster and Monk doing it too.

They all resigned mid match didn't they? I imagine you need some sort of valid reason like an injury, you can't just give up when you like. Webster definitely had injury problems, a few years ago Robbie Green had the same and resigned at least one game. And I can't imagine a card holder (bar Beeney) would average 48 unless they had a real issue.
