The only way he will get a tour card is if he gets last 4 of Lakeside or goes through q-school.

TK, I really had no idea he was your dad.
I swear he is one of my top 3 players ever. Loved watching him back in the day.
Should have won the big one.

Re: news just in
He should of got to 2 finals, of that I have no doubt. He would of faced Priestley in 91 and Taylor in 92, though they both were deserving champ's those years. 91 in the Bristow S/F, he never put Eric in any danger to be honest, he certainly would of done better than Eric did in the final though, he lost 6-0 with an 84 ave. And having taken out the number 2 seed in Evison and taking out Jocky in the Q/F he should of carried it on. In 92 imo he bottled it. That sound's bit harsh, but its the truth. In the Q/F he done Warriner 4-0, and in the S/F he was 3-0 up on Gregory, the final was there for the taking. Cant complain really, as we all ended up with the best final the lakeside has ever had.Sprocket501 wrote:TK, I really had no idea he was your dad.

Re: Oche Balboa
Come on Gaz, it was clear "Hankeymania" was a joke with Randall. He has a point though as Sky are sucking Hankey off big timeJustin Credible wrote:Oche Balboa wrote:Hankey was amazing Randy, Hankeymania will take over in the end
Hi MH, hope betty is well
.is this your own opinion or the party line ?
Here is a novel idea, what if the most deserving player wins the comp and its not hankey ?
will that upset ye you ?

Re: Oche Balboa
he has to be switching as I could not see uncle barry being happy with hankey getting all that "free publicity" of sky.
Sky run their own ship but suspect barry would have some say, as to how much is another thing.

Re: Oche Balboa
Gav already told us he's switching and I'm sure his source is ultra reliable. Add to that he fucked up last year and blew a great deal by gobbing off

Re: Oche Balboa
if and whem he does join the pdc, will all the hankey bumboys still love him I wonder...?
Will he still be one of the best players ever to them not that he willbe plying his trade under the spell of the evil uncle barry.
Will give it a few months and the daggers will be out.

I really don't care what they think or say. I grew tired of the constant trolling (both sides) ages ago and it still bores me shitless

Re: Oche Balboa
Ted wont be much of a loss to the Bdo. He will fit right into the Pdc hype machine nicely, and is a great player, but will have to up his game to make an impact like big hendo, or mr charisma chisnall

That's it in a nutshell Joe but don't you think the more sterile pro tour events will suit him?Joe wrote:Ted wont be much of a loss to the Bdo. Yes, i do think they will suit ted more, but then on the other hand, his issues with being a bad loser will also come into play and can see him getting a few quick visits to the Dra. Ted is a lovely lad, off the board, on the board he grows horns, on tv this looks great, funny, panto esque, but on the floor where he would often refuse to shake hands with his opponent, find as many excuses loudly, as possible.
Justin, very few will make the impact chisnall has made, you are correct, he is an excellent player who could make a big name for himself in the game, but he isnt what the Pdc want, he struggles to string 3 words together.
