And I like the participation of the BDO as well. The floor qualifiers are the only real big flaw about the event IMHO.

Have a go.

Maybe he could have dragged Taylor down, we will never know.

For schedule fans, the last time the semis and final were played on separate days was eleven years ago: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Grand_Slam_of_Darts

The difference then (and in 2007) being that the QFs were best of 19, taking up only one night instead of two.

Good morning.

After seeing the groups I can comfortably say that I'm looking forward to the quarter finals already.....

Wouldn't be getting too confident about Gando's chances with the form he's on. Should get through the group, but will more than likely face a difficult second round game. Be pretty pleased if I were Dimitri

Will have to agree with you on that.

However I expect Gary to go all out to get what was unfairly stolen from him last year this time around.

Not so I'm afraid. Price won 16 legs, Anderson won 13. Quite simple really.

Stolen? :D :D :D :D :D

Anderson started throwing his toys out of the pram (as per usual) before any celebration from Price that could be labelled "excessive". It's right there for everyone to see.

Can't wait for Parletti to smash up the Sulking Scotsman good this time around.

If Anderson plays the way he played a few days ago, and Parletti doubles out like he did in the Masters...some records will be set, and it won't be good ones ..
