Hi all,
bit new to darts - by that I mean I've played a bit with friends, nothing too serious though. But being as I can't squeeze a pool table in the garage, darts is becoming a bit more frequent!
At the moment I have a tatty old bit of carpet as a runner and I've glued a raised plank to it as an oche. It does the job, but this weekend i'm getting new carpet in that area of the garage and don't really want to cover it in glue.
Anyone used one of the winmau sabre things? they any good?
the base of the garage is a sod to drill so i'd rather not put one of those fixed ones in where you drill for the legs.
any advise? this is my playing space - the rubbish has since been removed.
Raised Oche? Hi by the way!

Welcome to the forum. I haven't used anything like that but I know there are dart mats with built in raised oches. Might be worth to take a look at those.
