Help finding 2003 footage phil taylor vs dennis smith 29/07/2003 world matchplay

Hello everyone

This is the first time I've posted in here so don't know if this is allowed or even possible to track down.

I'm looking for the video footage of phil taylor vs dennis smith 29/07/2003 world matchplay.
My step father was in Blackpool on the night when he met my mother and was caught on camera.

He has never been able to find the video of this match hence why I'm trying my luck on here .

If anyone can point me in the right direction via buying a DVD or even sending me a copy over email I would seriously appreciate it .

This might be a lost cause so any help is welcome

Your best bet is to wait until someone uploads it to Youtube. Taylor's games from the 2003 UK Open have previously been uploaded to Youtube. So it stands to reason that someone will eventually upload that game you are searching for.

Sadly the only game I have of that tournament is the final.
Just flicked through the DVD in case there was a recap of the earlier rounds on it but alas not.
Ironically the one guy who would have it just got locked up for selling such things on DVD

I would get in contact with Richard Ashdown works as a spotter, caller, and all around midget for PDC, BDO, and exbos. He use to come on here every so often. But look him up on Facebook. I bet he knows how you can get a hold of a copy of this. I bet given the nature of your request and the reason the little softy might be more than willing to at least set you in the right direction.
