Right. I am going to.
- Give Front Runner a call
- Invite my mate from America, on the condition he beats his mate down his local.
- And put up a £10 prize fund
Then I can run my own world championship in my own backyard.

Here he goes again. Bloody hell.Zeyes wrote: ↑Mon Jan 14, 2019 8:55 pm Remember the guy that wrote the nonstop seethathon masquerading as betting advice before the Lakeshite?

Amazing achievement for Glen Durrant.
Not only the first man since Eric Bristow to win the BDO World title three years running but also the first to be 100% from three Lakeshite finals.
Legendary status.
Chris Hammer@ChrisHammer180
"Just remember Eric Bristow won it when it was a unified organisation. I know I'm not playing Michael Van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Gary Anderson, the works."
Humble quotes from Glen Durrant but whether he plays it down or not, he's still a Lakeshite legend
-----
You can just tell from the follow-up that he struggled to square Durrant's words with what he himself believes about the "legend", heh.
https://www.sportinglife.com/darts/news ... ool/157398You may argue I'm falling into the 'recent memory' trap but nobody can deny the standard of the BDO World Championship wasn't 'that' far off the PDC when you take out the superstar performances from the likes of Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson and Michael Smith. The tournament average was 88.91 compared to 92.19, the checkout percentage was 34.99% to 37.54% and average darts per leg was 16.29 to 15.56.

I love how he has to qualify it by saying "the standard was basically the same if you exclude the PDC's best players". Completely ruins his argument.Rogg wrote: ↑Thu Jan 17, 2019 11:31 pm Here he goes again. Bloody hell.

Re: Rogg's Twatter Watch
Having already directly compared fields of 96 and 40, that is quite a bold plea on top of it. I don't mind though, can't be easy trying to make yourself feel better about 2019 Lakeside.Fiss Plaps wrote: ↑Fri Jan 18, 2019 12:00 amI love how he has to qualify it by saying "the standard was basically the same if you exclude the PDC's best players". Re: Rogg's Twatter Watch
Why doesn't he also take out Duzza, Waites and Williams' tournament averages?

You have to laugh how he compares 96 v 40 directly.Rogg wrote: ↑Fri Jan 18, 2019 12:04 amHaving already directly compared fields of 96 and 40, that is quite a bold plea on top of it. Re: Rogg's Twatter Watch
I look forward to his article where he claims the Premier League is the same standard as the Championship if you ignore the top 12 teams.

Van Gerwen, Anderson, Smith and 56 jobbers are the only difference between the codes?Rogg wrote: ↑Fri Jan 18, 2019 12:04 amHaving already directly compared fields of 96 and 40, that is quite a bold plea on top of it. Knobs on Twitter saying Duzza failing Q School is the PDC's loss and BDO's gain!
When you actually feel anger over a place like this it's time to get a life

Re: Rogg's Twatter Watch
Is it the same people saying that Durrant staying would be a gain for the BDO who are also boasting about McGeeney and Baker leaving?
The Boring Durrant Organisation is truly upon us.
