I know Barney has had some terrible times away from the oche in 2018 with the burglary at his house while his wife was there and while he was away playing darts, and also with several friends of his passing away, but still, we all have our problems in life.
What do you like about Barney?
That he was under the thumb of Taylor for so long?

Brilliant to watch when on his form, and a complex character.
Complex?? Bloke has the charisma of a Sloth. Same old boring Barney every time I watch

Barney is a bit of a cunt. However he was a nice addition to the premier league till like 2015 when he last reached the playoffs (he was actually superb that year). After that he added very little.

At the same time, the outrage is not really justified. They always used wildcards and the premier league is there to make as much money for the tour as possible. The outrage is there because people take the premier league too seriously. Its just an exbo. Barney also still generates more viewers than whitlock or whoever else thought they would stand a chance. Therefore his selection makes sense in a way (even if I also rather would have seen somebody else)

Boring format.
The draws are there to benefit the bookies who sponsor it.
Nobody Paying 40 quid a ticket can see a fuckin thing.
6 quid a pint.
3 months darts to eventually find out who plays MVG in the final.
No wonder Barry Hearn is wealthy.
Making shit loads of cash out of brain dead millenials who've got money to waste cos they still live at home cos they can't get a mortgage on their zero hour contract minimum wage job.
You shouldn't be able to buy a ticket for a PL evening unless you qualify for a mortgage.

And I'll tell ya sumthin else, Barney will mysteriously qualify for finals evening maybe even slide into the final. Give Sky something to mention about a zillion times every week.
Peter Wright won't qualify he's a worn out act.

While watching this video, I remembered some of the comments in here by a few of you who think Gary and Price will face each other in Glasgow....

Following what happened with Jackpot in 2011 as seen in this video, do you seriously think that PDC will risk a Gary v Price showdown in Glasgow?
