Might be a small nod to Asada's home fans. Better for them if he's playing ~11pm Japanese time than at 6 in the morning.

Just seen that the schedule write-up on pdc.tv claims there's still no final set tiebreak in the first round. That's just dumb, if true. I can see why they didn't want two internationals potentially slugging it out for 11 legs with 75 averages, but that's no longer applicable. Not to mention that the L96 matches are scheduled the same as L64 matches in the past, so it's not like time is an issue.

Are they going to re-throw for the bull after S5L4, or just go off what was decided in the practice room? If it's the latter, then it won't be too bad. Pressure will still be on to hit the bull, and not as if its a best of 5/7 legs where going for the bull again before the final leg is just plain retarded.
Big changes on the way ! We've heard it before but it's different this time !!!! , I believe Bdo gonna grow x

Mickey Mansell v Jim Long (R1)

They oughta have Benito van de Pas (R2) team up with Jim Long right now and let Mansell take 'em both on at once. would make it more competitive.

Ross Smith v Paul Lim (R1)

hear the crackle in the air? that's electricity.
The word is that they are going to carry Paul Lim to the stage so that his feet don't even have to touch the floor like mere mortal men.

winner gets Gurney.

Luke Humphries v Adam Hunt

Winner: £15,000
Loser: £7,500

Quite amazing. Bet those lads wish the PDC would 'care' about them as much as the proper organisation would. Poor neglected souls.

Spoiled brats getting that kinda money just for showing up for the last 96, over in proper darts they'd have to prove their mettle first and reach at least the quarterfinals. Hearns money ruining the sport, Im of.

Winner.. I haven't got a bloody clue..
Best game of 1st round... Cody v The Wall or Rapid Ricky v Roby
Potential Shocks. Maybe Barnard to beat Wattimena or JdZ to beat Cross

good calls on your 1st round best game thoughts, tongue toss.
I'll add Ross Smith vs Paul Lim & Ratajski vs Asada. both could also be something good.

shockers - haven't been able to get wattimena on my radar. usually have lumped him into the rowby-john crowd meaning
they've got the game, but sometimes they just don't take it out of their darts cases.

cross could be upset by de zwaan. I wouldn't mind that.

no matter whoever he is playing, (Labanauskas I'm thinking) RVB could get gonged. people always seem
to up their game against barney. (and sometimes if they don't, barney accomodatingly lowers his)

if big gabe clemens continues his heavy scoring, big john henderson could be rocked on out of this.

I like the look of dobeys game.
Given beatons horrendous record the draw is beautiful for him.

Yeah I think Clemens is probably favourite against Hendo. Wattimena a fucking jobber so could get beat by anyone. Dobey is a good call as well.

For the others Noppy is an obvious one. I also think amd hope Joyce could upset Whitlock.
Spread positivity and love. BDO4LIFE

Dekker is 5/2 to beat Ashton 3-0. May only need one break of throw to do so and always the chance Ashton will shit herself.
