Yes, the one who gave a frame away at the Crucible a few years back with 3 fouls in a row.

He's dropped off the main tour now. Only here to fill the spare spaces from the card holders who couldn't be arsed to enter.

Naming and Shaming isn't working. He was already the slowest of the season, and was 6 seconds a shot slower in that game.
