Who was the last player without a Tour Card to get into the Top 64? Reyes?
2020 World Grand Prix Lucky Dip winner!
2x 2019 Q-School Lucky Dip winner!
Both as valuable as the Lakeside piss pot!

Jacques and Lerchbacher last year. But neither of them did it in a single tournament! like Reyes did, they changed the rules specifically for him!

Reyes was definitely one, though did he really get into the top 64 with just the Ally Pally winnings? He won 18k there and this year you need about 40k to make it.
I think Joe Murnan won a tour event without a card in 2015 so he might have made the top 64. And I think Jacques did it last year without going to Q-School

I completely forgot about those two getting Tour Cards.

He reached #65 or #66, but Burnett and Komula gave up their tour cards which pushed Reyes and Mr Yoyo into tour card spots. Prize money has gone up pretty much across the board since then, obviously the World Championships have seen a sizeable increase, but almost all the others, including the ProTour events, have also seen a slight increase in prize money so that accounts for the difference between now and then

Burton DeWitt @bsd987
Krzysztof Ratajski has clinched his Tour Card in all realities. Kevin Painter and Jeffrey de Graaf in serious danger of losing theirs.

Don't care about Painter at all but I hope De Graaf keeps his card

Agreed.. the ally pally qualification could be crucial for Jeffrey.
I have never liked Painter... not totally sure why tbh but I just don't like him.
I don't mind Nicholson keeping his card as he has shown commitment to staying in the 64.
The likes of Jacques and Ronny and maybe Dolan may struggle next year if the young players do what they have done this year

Ronny Huybrechts was fucking crap this year. I think he's finished honestly. Same goes for Jacques really, and maybe Lerchbacher as well. He never seemed to kick on after getting to a tour final.
Searle is a bit better, I think he'll be right on the edge of the top 64 next year. The likes of Mansell and Nicholson actually played decent this year and should keep their cards with relative ease.

For a while there it looked like zoran was going to kick on and make an impact.
Seem to recall more than one decent tv performance.

He won a game every time he got to Ally Pally but overall it was average stuff.

Benefitted from Merv's Sciatica this year in Rd 1, then jobbed out to Keegan Brown.

He did against Wadey and Taylor, but the game against Lerchbacher was a nervy affair. Understandable, given the stakes

Miss Keegan is a bit of an enigma! She can play really well and seems to have the desire to make it now, after juggling between full time work and darts, and now part time this year, but I am not sure she has it in her to make the 32.

If Barney slips too low, they could always make the Premier League and World Cup Ranking events.
