Offends me less than American horror story which took itself far too seriously.
AHS became far too up it's own arse after a very good start
I gave up half way through the freak show series.
Pile of absolute shit.

I've seen Series 1 of AHS. I'm not very motivated to continue.

Anyone remember 'Love Soup'? Tamsin Greig and Sheridan Smith, written by David Renwick who did One Foot in the Grave and Jonathan Creek. Ffs.
Thought it was excellent the first time around but that was about 10 years ago... I think Renwick is a bit of a genius.

Have to say I really liked season two of slasher.
Far better than the first.
The ending totally blind sided me.

This might be of interest to some here...
Network are doing an extreme DVD sale on some old TV shows until September 3rd.
https://networkonair.com/ and click the 'BONKERS' tab at the top right. The complete Tales of the Unexpected is £11.

Anyone seen stranger things on Netflix?
New comic launches Wednesday which I'm tempted by.

Three episodes into stranger things.
Got a Stephen king feel to it, liking it so far.
Going to order the comic as well.

I have been watching One Foot in the Grave from the beginning again. It's like slipping on an old pair of rotting hedgehogs.

It's so good. More than but like Brittas before it went off the cliff, there's a depth which doesn't get popularly remembered.
Fucking hell at all the animals that die in it though. A robin, a cat, several unhatched alligators and a snake in the first 7 episodes. Very odd.
