Ash is a great romp, best thing he wrote.
Have you read any Stephen laws?
 we have this conversation every few years!
Yep I’ve read all Laws stuff.
Got a few more on my “to read” pile, picked up a few at “Britain’s biggest second hand bookshop” in Alnwick
Do we? Haha, my memory is shot to shit.
I won't recommend deamonic again then!
I've not long finished the house on cold hill by Peter James which was good.
Other ghost stories I've read of late worth checking out, the upstairs room by Kate Murray Browne and the silent companions by Laura Purcell.

Liked both her books so far.
Good, but not her best.
A small book next as it fit in my travel bag.
Nowhere to hide by carlene Thompson.
Years since I read any of hers.

The ending of Sepulchre was ok, but not enough. One of his shitter efforts.

Ray Bradbury - "Something Wicked..." started yesterday.

Sure I've read something wicked decades back but have zero memory of it.

Something Wicked....done. Good, maybe a tad overrated. The writing style definitely a bit old-fashioned.

Next up - Dennis Etchison - The Blood Kiss

Was intrigued by this until it crossed over with the Mr Mercedes series now it seems very predictable.

The Blood Kiss was a decent collection of ambiguous psychological horror stories.

Started Soft & Others, horror and sci-fi short stories by F.Paul Wilson
