Meanwhile his grimness twin Veenstra prefers to be prancing about his village getting sloshed to playing in this. Not great.

Lakeshite?
There is a crowd behind him in the picture so I'd ruled out a bdo event.
Played Jobson in the prelim round and won 1 leg.

2x 2019 Q-School Lucky Dip winner!

Both as valuable as the Lakeside piss pot!

Barely broke a 70 average according to Wikipedia. :?

If Mitchell loses to him then his mind is clearly on speedway, Frisians and the next Twitter account to stalk and harass with pictures of him winning meaningless BDO trophies.

More rugby for Channel 4. Suggestion that BBC and Amazon both wanted this.

Wales rugby matches set to be screened live on Channel Four for the first time in history
The deal is close to being struck and would be another blow to the BBC
https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/rug ... d-14604240
Wales' historic summer Test match against South Africa is set to be screened live on Channel Four, with the broadcaster also in line to show the tour of Argentina.

It will be the first time Wales rugby matches have ever been shown on the channel, which is not known for its rugby coverage.

No deal has been signed yet but it is understood talks are at an advanced stage with the broadcaster to show the opening match of Wales' summer schedule on June 2.

The ground-breaking first game takes place at the RFK Stadium in Washington, with 12,000 tickets currently sold. Reports last month suggested the game could be in jeopardy but they have since been strenuously denied by organisers.

It's believed the BBC and online broadcaster Amazon were also interested in screening Wales' matches but both look to have missed out.

what?? BDO fans are supposed to be respectful, best of order, etc... etc...Storming the stage was the modus operandi of the PDC fan. Now the BDO fans are copying that. Still the PDC fans do it right and safely and with more respect. Notice the following things about the PDC stage stormer:
1. Doesn't touch the player, that is respect. Presents the trophy to the player, again respect.
2. He protects the player by using foam fingers so he can't hurt the player by scratching or poking accidentally
3. Dressed in jacket and slacks, no greasy dirty hat, instead a professional look for a professional fan
4. Promote the sport by putting the event on the front page of every news rag, social media outlets and viral videos. No placards hung in the local butcher shop. PDC fans go big.

Keeping the foam finger on is the best part of the whole incident.

WDO rename their Welsh Open winner Mike Warburton to the former Rangers manager Mark Warburton. Also "stylish victory" with an 83 average. Hammer averaged 79 :?

Three evening sessions and two double sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Not much to look at here. Maybe I'd take a look at the later stages but with the proper darts on, doubtful.
Spread positivity and love. BDO4LIFE
