Re: F1............
^If he was in one of the other top 3 teams it would be possible.Anything lower than that, no chance. Three teams have won races this season.
But they have the constructors championship to acknowledge the teams performance too. Drivers tend to have to earn their way up to the top teams by impressing in the smaller teams and beating their teammate.

Re: F1............
It's a circular argument anyway. Would Pep Guardiola be topping the Premier league if he was in charge of Burnley? Of course not, but he has shown excellence in his earlier management career to get the best teams.
Horseriding, Ruby Walsh tended tonget the best horses because he was the best jockey.
It's a sport I like anyway, those speeds are dangerous. It's only a few years since a driver last died in a race.

I just prefer level platform competition.
Not relying on engines, horses or money to an extent.
Just one on one.

It's totally changed the dynamic of test cricket.
Add that to the stupid over protection of batsman and its just not the same.

Except for a string of experts behind the scenes analysing their weaknesses and tweaking technique. And the ever increasing bat thickness allowing mishits to go for 6?Randall wrote:
