So what are you expecting to happen next in Britain? From what I'm now reading May could resign paving the way to Boris Johnson....

Yes.

Everyone wants a democracy until the vote doesnt got their way.

Great result in my constituency SNP out !

Looks to be a minority Tory governent propped up by the the DUP. That is surely an incentive for Sinn Fein to sit in parliament.

Even if they did the Tories + DUP is still above the 326 mark, would make no real odds.

Main thing is, indy is dead for a while. They lost a lot of seats and votes, nearly half a million.

I would rather the tories in number 10, but this is way more important to me, so overall, very happy. We could have really wiped them out if people engaged their brain and voted more tactically.

The Scottish voting Tory feels a bit like Gays voting for Isis. But the SNP are making a right royal hash of actual governing.

We pay more tax than any other part of the UK, we have independence contstantly hanging over us. That'll always work for the tories up here.

I stayed up to watch that horrible fat scumbag Salmond get his jotters. I despise that cunt.

I know Corbyn didn't win the election, but their were clues that he would do better than expected in the campaign. He was the one attracting the crowds, meeting people, debating on tv. Theresa May was addressing small groups and repeating catchphrases over and over.

Corbyn is very polarising and was hopemess in the eu referendum but for all his many flaws is a man of principle. Not some flaky slimy career politician like Ed Milliband. Theresa May looked like a phony, she campaigned for remain last year and was now trying to be Mrs hard Brexit, people smelled bullshit.

New Labour is dead as is centralism in general. The Lib Dems got a few seats back thanks to some lingering remainers but that wont last.

Theresa May makes Justin Pipe seem like Mahatma Gandhi in charisma terms. Not surprisingly that she had such an awful campaign and result.

wonderful to see the SBP take such a battering

But their is something seriously wrong in british politics when those fucking cunts led by a whore cunt, the SNP can get 35 seats when getting less than a millions vote

the liberal democrats got more than double that many votes..........and got only 12 seats to the SNP's 35

The green party got over half a million votes and get no seat.

Time to start merging constituencies in scotland

The new boundaries come in after 2020. 650 trimmed down to 600. Scotland will be affected more that England.

The Greens won their usual Brighton seat.

650 to 600 is not enough.

Need to go 650 to 500 and decimate the jocks who have an unfair advantage.

Surprised Labour did as well as the did. On a cork forum there was apoll asking who they would like to see win and 68% of those on the Irish forum wanted Labour to win.

May is a fucking moron for calling the election...she fucked up big time

Best part of the election was seeing the cunt Salmond and the cunt Clegg finally getting what was coming to them.
