Just been on a Stress Awareness course...

3 hours learning about the signs of stress in my direct reports, how to spot it, manage it and deal with it.

I am now seriously behind with what I was supposed to do today and will have to stay late, then I will get home and the wife will be cross that I haven't been home to help with the kids dinner and bath and I may just be in time to put them to bed, but because we have had a row they will be upset and won't want to go to sleep or will have bad dreams so I'll be up and down throughout the evening and night and not get a proper nights sleep and have to be in early to catch up even more on the work I've missed and it's now given me a headache and I've got these shooting pains down my left arm and I'm all breathless and stuff.
