PDC announce Champions League to be shown on BBC

The PDC are apparently making one at 2 o'clock today. Any ideas what this is about? I suspect another event and/or increase in prize money

They're using a picture of Gary Anderson in the announcement flyer. So I'm tipping it's got fuck all to do with him then.
