I'm glad they got Viinikainen over but she's the only "new" name in Women's Darts there.

I'm really disappointed they couldn't get Hayter, who's a local, and #5 in the women's series averages and scoring stats this year.

No Suzuki, but she's had a pretty miserable time at the Modus.

And we get another 5 days of Gulliver.

I'm guessing Fallon was inevitable, but she, purely due to how often she features in Modus, and Gulliver would have been the two I wouldn't have chosen. Would've preferred Byrne and McCormack over those two. Happy to see Gilbert getting a shot.

I would definitely have included Sherrock. It's out-of-form lesser players I would have avoided.

Group C could have a few painful matches, but at least with Hedman and 2 not-Gullivers from Group A there shouldn't be too many.

To me the pain point is games averaging over 7 throws per leg and hopefully the picks mean that it doesn't happen much.

Hyde is the only obviously slow thrower.
Then maybe Turner, who is also not playing well.
Viinikainen sets up slowly, but then throws the 3 darts at a decent pace.

You have a different definition of slow to me.
None of them take a lot of time between darts.

EDIT Actually Winstanley can be slow aiming. Hedman gets on with it. I'd have to watch Gilbert again to see.
