Are they suggesting she has been photoshopped into the image as she is in hospital still?

There are many theories about what's going on. Prince William pulled out of an engagement recently. A Spanish journalist said and continues to say that Kate is seriously ill and in a coma.

The Associated Press advised to pull the photo as it is deemed to have been digitally manipulated.
