During the week cereal(depends what we have corn flakes, rice krispies etc) but at the weekend I normally treat myself to a couple of rolls & sausage or bacon

Always skip breakfast and just have two coffees. Usually the hunger pangs hit around 10ish where i pacify it with a choccy bar and push on through till lunch.

normally just a coffee before setting off to work then another coffee and nibbles until lunchtime at work

weekend i tend to eat with my daughter, cereal or toast but still need my caffine input before lunch
