You may be right, but LB has been hyped up more than any young player I can recall. Phil Taylor has gone on to say he will be the future of darts. He is hitting high averages for his age. You have to remember he is only 15
I believe he will make a big splash and due to the hype and his antics, he will get a lot of publicity.
Time will tell.

MVG smashed Adams to win the BDO Masters when he was 17. Bennett hasn't done anything remotely as impressive as that. Heck he hasn't even won a tour card and was beaten in the juniors at Ally Pally.

It’s probably to his long term benefit that he hasn’t yet won a tour card.
I know he has played in junior PDC events but can he play WDF events? Maybe he could play Modus?

He may well be the next big thing. I can’t think of any darts player at such a young age who was hyped as much. I don’t really know much about MVG at the same age tbh. The fact he hasn’t won a tour card yet will probably help in the long run.

Well if Bennett was the child prodigy that MVG at 17 you'd expect him to at least have won the juniors worlds and made more of a splash on the development/youth tour.

If a 17 year old MVG was active in today's game he certainly would have achieved a lot more by now.
