Why don't you or b&d ever enter these ADC events as you both play darts, or claim to have done?
Not sure who b&d is, but I have no interest in playing.

Dave will return, won't he? It's not as easy as some think when your health is fucked.
If I get things right with resting/practice and doing everything I have to do day to day then I should be fine.

Woke up this morning and no pain on the arch of my foot and the swelling on my knee has near enough gone....But then again, I done fuck all yesterday except put the bins out.

Just dont announce anything and just turn up at an event. Will generate many posts.

To save Odd Job the trouble of looking if I have entered an ADC event this week.....I have not.

Over the weekend the swelling and pain slowly returned to my knee and ended up with the top and side of my knee heavily swollen, Ive rested up all week, Not as much as thought about trying to have a practice and it seems to be easing off again, Foot has been ok just the odd twinge so that looks to hopefully be the end of that issue, Probably going to give myself a couple of weeks taking it easy then see how I am.

Please shut up mate. You’re not good at darts, so you’re probably just jealous.

I have been managing to practice more this week so far and fingers crossed I will be playing in one of the ADC events next week.

Still having a struggle with my balance which is fucking up my rhythm but the practice is getting a little better each day, Done 10 legs of 501 yesterday and 10 legs of 701 today after half an hour of practice and averaged 71 yesterday and 77 today which aint great but I know where it is going wrong...My first dart a lot of the time is going wayward, Finishing is spot on with 10 from 23 doubles hit yesterday and 10 from 29 today but didn't manage to finish a leg in less than 5 visits.

After posting the previous post on this I thought to myself....Fuck it I will have a crack at it this week....

Go on the ADC website and both events I would have gone to are sold out for tomorrow and Friday, So next week it will be then as long as things are ok with my knee.
