Re: 2023 Development Tour + World Youth Championship
"Transfer Deadline Day" in 2017 when the BDO was already dead man walking. Sure thing, Live Darts.
Anyway, that 2016 Dev Tour was not exactly a maker of stars. The other guy accompanying Aden Kirk onto the main tour was Ross Twell (who?). The Challenge Tour, on the other hand - Cross and Searle.

Re: 2023 Development Tour + World Youth Championship
I mean, making a decision like that might show that he was never cut out for the PDC anyway, but he must be constantly thinking what might have been. As Zeyes says, the top players on that year's Dev Tour were no future stars, but there were some very good players on that tour by then, and Reynolds completely marmalised it. Why he thought he wouldn't be able to at least be competitive is beyond me...

Re: 2023 Development Tour + World Youth Championship
Tinypic dumped the pic but Reynolds replied to TDF twitter at the time to explain why he turned down the card.
viewtopic.php?t=6867&hilit=reynolds+soo ... 40#p637720Deanooo also said he's still working on his game, and that it "won't be long" before he makes the move.

WDF Junior no1 Borbély should play the whole tour to condiser him as an ambitious player.

Re: 2023 Development Tour + World Youth Championship
The 1954 Hungary team are like the James Wade of darts, lost the world title when it looked for all the world like they had it in the palms of their hands, they must have thought they'd have plenty of opportunities to win another one but they haven't really got close since

Possibly a real entry list for Friday. Luke Littler's reign of terror begins.

Appears Heneghan is now too old for the Dev Tour, that's one legit challenger out the way
