I wasn’t really impressed with the punch selection all except that female nearest the camera who threw a great uppercut amongst the melee.

Re: 2023 Premier League
From an account I’ve read there were fights breaking out all over the arena last night. Who attended last night?
Darts fans, drunken idiots or loyalists and provos?

The guys face who exits left is brilliant. Women swinging punches and someone trying for a piggyback ride. 7/10 would watch again.

Re: 2023 Premier League
Honestly the amount of scum throwing pints at the end. Cunts from the stands throwing into the floor, cunts from the floor throwing into the stands. Police doing absolutely nothing, fights every year in Belfast tbf. That video I think was right at the top back if the arena.
That said, Clayton got a great reception which was surprising, Twit got loads of boos on the walk on. Not enough unfortunately

Generally premier league crowds aren't darts fans, they are just there for the piss up.DeepFriedRat wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 9:50 pm

Especially with the prices you pay for one at events like this.
Even when Michael Smith hit a 9 darter in Dublin in the PL, I was coming back to the table with beer and you can bet that I wasn’t spilling a drop of it
And there was also fighting that night too.
Maybe it isn’t a stereotype that the majority of the Irish are always drunk and fighting.
But good to hear that Clayton got a good reception.
Were you a little bit drunk yourself by the end of it?

Yeah they were throwing the pints at the end so instead of downing them or throwing in the bin, just launch at others, complete mongs.Jimmi wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 8:50 amNever ever understood the pint throwing thing.DeepFriedRat wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 9:50 pm

There were 2 or 3 guys who were completely paralytic as well roaming round the place. The whole setup at the breaks was pretty dated this year too, they did "Dance cam" and "kiss cam" and all that cringey shite for the first time in 5 years I've went.
As for me, I had 5 pints so a wee bit but nowhere near as bad as Amsterdam where I was completely pissed

You'll know yourself from the Birmingham nights Jimmi (and everyone else in other venues), but imo John McDonald is annoying as fuck.
For those that don't know, he comes out and warms the crowd up at the start. But the problem is, he fancies himself as a sarcastic stand up but is the mix of cringe and bellend.
Takes the piss out of random cunts who throw a 9 dart challenge on stage at the start (into the microphone in front of everyone) and lets on that your city is the best, then basically calls everyone shit if you don't cheer loud enough. Typical clichéd bile.
Comes across as arrogant as fuck, which you don't notice on tv.

This does not surprise me. Comes across as a bellend.

Re: 2023 Premier League
When I first attended a Manchester PL fixture in 2009 the crowd's behaviour was fine.
However, the 2012 fixture was absolute carnage. Easily the worst event I have ever attended. There was also another year I attended, I think 2011, where the pint-throwing got out of hand.
I haven't attended since 2014, and have no motivation to do so, but the footage I saw of the London fixture last year and other antidotes suggest the crowds have become even worse.
