Few inches of snow overnight....

Only -1 now, might get the shorts on

we're supposed to get 8 inches of snow today.
went to the store this morning to get supplies.
it's a tweny minute drive, highway miles.
started sleeting a few hours ago.
that stinging painful kind that leaves little cuts on your face.
followed by freezing rain to build up the ice base
and now giant heavy snowflakes are falling on top of that.
traffic is sooo slooow
and yet I'm humming the winter wonderland song in my head because of today's darts.
