It's just the initial Group Stage with all the shit teams and Sri Lanka trying to qualify for the Super 12 stage which starts next Saturday.

They're already in the Super 12. In a group with Australia, South Africa, West Indies and 2 Qualifiers.Randall wrote: ↑Mon Oct 18, 2021 5:47 amSee if England make itCaptain Hobo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 18, 2021 12:46 amIt's just the initial Group Stage with all the shit teams and Sri Lanka trying to qualify for the Super 12 stage which starts next Saturday.
Only certainty from that is that Australia won't qualify, we are useless at t20.

Nothing surprises me about Yorkshire cricket.
A mate of mine moved up to North Yorkshire many years ago and tried to join his village club.
They told him they don't have ''southerners'' playing for them.

I would suggest that sort of closed (non racist) mindset is prevalent in many places tbf.

The last time we recruited our asm commented how low are % of staff was from the ethnic community
I recruit the person with the most relevant experience
Background or race is irrelevant but he wanted to make something of it

Re: cricket thread
Not sorry England are out of the T20 slog, onwards to the land of the convicts now for some proper cricket.
Not expecting much from that either though.
