Weights this morning. Biceps and triceps. Dumbbell curls, hammer curls, ez bar bicep curls, ez bar tricep curls etc etc. 4 sets of each ranging from 8-20 reps.

Just looking to put on a few pounds of lean muscle mass. Just up daily calories and protein a bit. Bit more lifting. Protein shakes and protein snacks mostly for protein uptake. Make my own protein shakes, protein cookies, flapjacks, pancakes, bars. So some days have tin of tuna, mackerel etc. So midday have a tin of mackerel say 4pm, then 9pm have a protein cookie. Nothing too major. Not bulking up to the Rocks size.

The Rock is eating about 5-6 thousand calories a day. About 8 meals a day and supplements. Plus roids. Gerwyn isn’t that muscular he’s squat.
