Massive thank you to @BDOdarts @DeLuxeSE you've made this event a special one for me. Can't wait to see what 2016 will unfold.

@TheSilencer170 @BDOdarts @DeLuxeSE have you thought about trying Q school? I think you're good enough.

Jeff Smith ‏@TheSilencer170 2h2 hours ago
@gregorallan9 @BDOdarts @DeLuxeSE I've already been down that road and succeeded. Financially the BDO is a much better fit for me

Is this true?

On whether the PDC boards are bigger.

and the from the comments: "1mm out of nearly 9mm is HUGE! Nearly a 12% increase in size. Imagine other sports if you could add 12% to your performance. The dart point is approx .25mm. So when you're talking about a single mm, you're talking the difference between hitting buttloads of trebles 20's or buttloads of single 20's. 1mm in darts makes a huge difference imo."

Mind you, the PDC still have the better players, no one sane or non-trolling is disputing that, as can be derived from recent GSOD's. But hey, facts are facts, the trebles on a unicorn are a bit bigger than on a blade.

From the evidence at lakeside they could be an inch bigger and it wouldn't help. Half the time they are in the wrong segment or nearer the fucking doubles.

Yep, but we've known that for years. There are some deluded people on here who don't believe that though

utter horseshit.

I measured both boards, with digital calipers on more than one occasion and its all lies. Both surface areas are the same size, if the winmau use thicker wires that is their production problem.
Remember on the original dolefinish I did it, and did it here as well and there was no difference in surface area

The real difference between the boards is the huge increase in the blade 4 bull.
You only have to look at the massive increase in bull finishes stats at bdo comps to see that.

Another thing the anti pdc cunts fail to ever mention, if the pdc are so easy with huge trebles, then how come the following list of lakeshite finalists and semi finalosts and former top bdo players are not cleaning up in the PDC

Pecker Woods
Stuart Kellet
Kong
James Wilson
Steve Farmer
Alan Norris
Stephen Bunting
Jan Dekker
etc
etc
etc

In the end anyone with a hatred of the pdc
