Aw. Well done Mikey mate. I wanted him to win by the end. I'm so gross. I heroically tipped him not even to win a single night.

Re: 2022 Premier League
What a great final, anyone can miss one dart at a double, Cullen did great in the end, MVG just about got over the line in the end, definitely one of the better finals

Re: 2022 Premier League
Throwing for a title, that was as bad an attempt as you'll ever see. MVG went missing completely. Think he didn't even hit a big treble. Nobody remembers already. Allocate the choke points.

Re: 2022 Premier League
Fair fucks, didn't think cullen had the mentality for the PL. Some going making the final especially with the change of format.

The Maltese dart. That doesn't happen in the premier league though. If they are going to market this event as a 'premier league' then you cant have this ridiculous format. Clayton is the real winner in my eyes. All that travelling around to various places playing these nights counting for nothing fkr Clayton despite him demonstrating that he was the best player by a mile.

I would agree if it was ranked, but it isn't so I think playoffs at least give it an interesting elementterrencetibbs wrote: ↑Mon Jun 13, 2022 10:45 pm The Maltese dart. Re: 2022 Premier League
Seen this in various arguments for years. The fact its called Premier Leage means nothing. It could be called Uncle Barry's Little Sunday Cup and nothing would fucking change. This tournament has existed for almost 20 years and always with a similar format - league phase followed by playoffs. You will be able to find dozens of similar examples in all sports if you wouldn't be so fixated on what the event is called.terrencetibbs wrote: ↑Mon Jun 13, 2022 10:45 pm The Maltese dart.
