Two 0-6s with 2 sub 75 averages. He is sinking deeper week by week.

The version of himself 6 months ago would have thrashed the current version. Anyone thinking he is getting better is deluding themselves.

Hard to believe that at the Worlds he was merely a bit off-colour rather than in a full-blown crisisThe Ginge Reaper wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 8:00 amThe version of himself 6 months ago would have thrashed the current version. Anyone thinking he is getting better is deluding themselves.

+1. The Durrant of 6 months ago probably averages in the mid to high 80s and has no issues with his throwing release. The Ginge Reaper wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 8:00 amThe version of himself 6 months ago would have thrashed the current version. Correct. Durrant had his peak run of form a few weeks before he won the Premier League, and then his form tailed off quite a bit. By his own admission, his Premier League semi final win over Gary Anderson was poor from both but he gutsed it out, and then he played considerably better in the final against Aspinall, although certainly not his best. Then he went to Germany and got Covid. But even the Durrant at the recent World Matchplay was much better than the Durrant at the World Grand Prix.
