Of course it could be something else. Are you claiming no other player has withdrawn from a game for any other reason before?

He didnt play the rest of the week last time either. Lets see what excuse he finally puts on Twitter. He had a 180 in leg 2 or 3, remember.

I actually think frustration is the most likely reason.

If he had withdrew through injury, they probably would have announced it by now.
