"I found it brutal. I had a few tough draws. I lost three of my games 5-4 where I was sitting on doubles and they were going out," the 36-year-old told Sky Sports.

"I played John Part on the first day. He was on 65 and hit the bullseye with his first dart - I put my head down and thought 'come on'. I lifted my head up and he was shaking my hand. It was brutal.

"In the long run, I think it's set my mind in good stead where I think 'right I'm going to have to brush up on my doubles', because you get away with that on the other side but it was a totally different kettle of fish I noticed. It is gruelling on the mind."

"When I look back and reflect on what happened, I was too patchy and I wasn't consistent. I think that will set me up and give me a goal to try and get there for next year, and especially Challenge Tour this year.

"There were some games where I played really well, but then there were other times when I was dreadful, but if I can put that all together, I know on the day, if I get my mindset right and play well every single game, I have no doubt in my mind that I will be there one day.

"I don't mean this in a disrespectful way but I think the place you want to be if you want to play good darts is the PDC, there's a better depth so for me that's all I want to do now, play the best darts."
At least the begging cunt is finally getting the message.

It's a whole new world for Parletti where the oppo can take out 15 with two darts in hand apparently.

Nice that he is getting the idea now. The entire scenario must be a terrible shock to the system for somebody who was being called 'World Number 4' the week before.

This is his personal ranking so don't get too bogged down. The 3-dart averages are maybe interesting. I'd forgotten half of them were even there.

I expected more of Parletti, who I thought was decent on the floor and just shit on TV, and Hood who played well in his first match at the Indigo.

Also looks like the World Cup Singles Champion has forgotten how to play darts since his Preliminary round win.

The BDO and its rankings may be useless but still, Parletti must have done something somewhere to have reached relative prominence. Surely? Too optimistic? It'll be interesting to see what he gets up to on the Challenge Tour.

It was interesting to hear two sides of a different tale regarding sponsorship/management. Bradley Brooks spoke after getting his card of how much having it helps him as he just turns up to play and while he wants to win he doesn't need to win to not be down money.

On the other hand I heard Aaron Monk interviewed before Q school saying he doesn't have any as he thinks he is "too good to be giving money away".

A question of a combination of personal preference, circumstances and risk aversion I guess.

"The 'DRA' have fined a player from Q School for being 'pissed'. The fine is £400. This is a player who loves his darts, and has been playing on the PDC Circuit for 3-4 years now.

Surely a warning could of been better?

Unbelievable."

Says it's someone who won their first game 5-0. Anyway, there must something more than just getting pissed to it.

Shit attention seeking post. No one gets fined for nothing. I reckon this guy has zero clue what happened.

I've not followed this story but it says here that he set up a GoFundMe page to pay the fine? Well... oh dear me, this video. Fucking hell.

No doubt.
Some mugs have actually donated £15 and £25 respectively to his GoFundMe page.
