Interesting that this was supposed to be top 16 on the 2019 points list. And enough people weren't interested in showing up or had prior commitments or whatever the case was, but somehow moaning John Part gets in when he sits all the way down in number 20. Snook was the last one in at number 22. 4 of the top 12 didn't take up the invite. Tells you how important the continental cup is to so called "professional" dart players in America. Organizers have no one to blame but themselves really as part of it is delay in getting the date and venue out there, not creating incentive to get the players to commit to their signature event by making this a ranking event with valuable points. Not the first or even the second year they have had problems with players having the desire to show up at this.
