this'll be the first time the cdc has charged spectators to watch.
more details will be released this sunday.
but not on their website, of course.
that would take all the thrill of the scavenger hunt for information out of it.

Looked at a few pics of the space, assuming it is the room they would use. Looks to be they can fit 250 , being generous. Admit hard to tell from a couple dozen pics. My thinking is is they get 100 that is good. 150 or greater that would be resounding success. But that is dependent they do promotions the way they always do and that is half assed. If they did it proper they should get 150 easy in NYC.

American, so closes the gap on Darin Young to a cool 37 points (Huffman 21 behind). Campbell extends his Canadian lead to 11 points on Long

After 4 years Young will make it back to the ally pally. He won't have as hard a first round opponent as he has had in years past, still wouldn't bet on him going past round 1 tho. Huffman will have to pull wonder darts out of his ass if he is going to catch Young. Think Huffman will have to win 2 of the last 3 events to have a shot or be the runner up in the last 3 events. And he needs Young to not make a single deep run in the last 3. Not going to happen, would be magnificent if it did tho. Hopefully Campbell hangs on as again something different. And well Smith got what he deserved as he didn't show up the first weekend and didn't get some needed points. Smith isn't the brightest bulb in the box when it comes to figuring out how to obtain points. He got beat out several years in row by Cameron for the BDO invites because Cameron shows the fuck up to events. Gives him more time to play with his soft tip darts and become even more useless than he is now.

the cdc 2 year OoM will determine who goes into next year's PDC world cup
(provided no americans or Canadians have tour cards)
winner of this year's CDC continental cup gets an automatic entry into next year's US Masters and North American championships.

Been tucked away down in the Random thread. Won't make an awful lot of difference (pretty underwhelming for a supposed 'big announcement'), but at least they have the World Cup criteria set in stone from the start (very unlike anyone to do with the PDC to do that lol), and I guess it gives meaning to the Continental Cup

Boring Brendas number one and (almost) only fan.

Long the only Canadian who can catch Campbell, and he's just survived match darts with a bust 126 by Gary Mawson
