Re: World Series 2019
Winner of Wade v Barney will take the final seed, while the winner of MVG v Cross will topple Clownman for the #1 seeding.
If the qualifying criteria for Amsterdam remains the same as last year in Vienna, a Barney win would also mean that Cadby qualifies through the WSOD Order of Merit alongside Schindler, Kurz and Puha (once Smith, Suljovic, Price and Wade are removed from the table as highest four PDC OoM qualifiers)

Wade allready in the seeds. Headshaker win will result in aspinall knocked out. Dread that.Fiss Plaps wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 9:42 am Winner of Wade v Barney will take the final seed, while the winner of MVG v Cross will topple Clownman for the #1 seeding.

Shit, I made a mistake with Aspinall and Wade. Ian White guaranteed to qualify then despite a grand total of 0 WSOD appearances.Emulsfier wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 9:54 amWade allready in the seeds. Barney wins 8-5. Sigh.
Gary #7 seed, Wade #8 seed. Cadby does NOT qualify through the Order of Merit table.

Re: World Series 2019
Not quite, as it's based on the OoM after Dublin. If Ian White does an Ian White TV special and Whitlock and/or Chisnall go far enough, they can take the OoM spots (of course if it's Whitlock, they'll go down the WS OoM to make up the numbers, which I think would be a route back in for Cadby?)Fiss Plaps wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:02 amShit, I made a mistake with Aspinall and Wade. Whitlock is about £18k behind White and playing shit, while Chisnall is about £50k adrift, so we are talking slim chances here tbf!

Re: World Series 2019
Surely they can pull off some kind of sleight of hand and put Aspinall into the seeds ahead of Wade by virtue of actually winning his one and only event and just ignore the OoM? Come on PDC, do the right thing

Re: World Series 2019
To be fair to White, that is not his fault. I would have preferred to see him at least once this year rather than Krusty, Wade and Barney all the time.Fiss Plaps wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:02 amShit, I made a mistake with Aspinall and Wade. Ah, I hadn't realised that. Thought it was set after the final WSoD event. Cheers gentle.thegentle wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:59 amNot quite, as it's based on the OoM after Dublin. MVG v Barney in the final then. Second successive year it's been the final in NZ.

Re: World Series 2019
Would actually like Barney to win this, would be more interesting than MvG at 50% coasting in a another final, and it would justify his constant wildcards to a degree

Re: World Series 2019
Barney gets railed 8-1 averaging 91. MVG only had 2 legs under 15 darts: the last 2.
Seed bracket for Amsterdam will be as follows:
MVG v Wade
Gurney v Heta
Wright v Anderson
Cross v RVB
