You would expect it from mad cammy, but not from max, especially being held in his own country ffs

Big Gab flying up the list. Now the leading German.

The race for the Matchplay continues to hot up, as Gabriel Clemens and Steve West move back into provisional spots after good weekends in Barnsley.

They're all gonna be at at least one of ET3/4, so it's not looking too bad for them at the moment. Dimitri in particular is looking positive, he had a horror end to last season which gave him such a mountain to climb in the first place but on the flipside he's on course to make the Grand Prix

It's so intense now. You could easily list 8-10 names who aren't making the cut at the moment but could well be there and win a round or two. In fact I'll do it, VVDV, Dobey, Bunting, Dimitri, De Zwaan, Huybrechts, Humphries etc. Strength in depth truly.

Jeffrey de Zwaan moves into the provisional Matchplay spots, knocking Ross Smith out on countback, with 13 events left until the cut-off. My projected cut-off is £34,750, putting Jermaine Wattimena all but safe.

Re: 2019 PDC World Matchplay (July 20-28)
ET qualifications so far:
Searle: 5, 6
Kando: 3, 4
King: 5, 6
West: 4
De Zwaan: 4, 5, 6
Clemens: 3, 4
Brown: 3, 5, 6
Smudger: 3, 5, 6
Bunting: 3, 4, 5, 6
Hopp: (3, 4, 5, 6 seeded?)
Dobey: 3, 4, 5, 6
VvdV: 6
Schindler: 3
Meulenkamp: none
Dimi: 4, 6
Payne: 3, 6
Kim: 3, 5
Lennon: 4, 5
Going to the wire this! Ironically the guys just outside are probably better placed to make it than some of the guys just inside on the basis of this. Hopp could gradually claw his way up to relative safety with a win at each of those events

This weekend is huge for West and doubly so for Clemens, who is on home turf in Saarbrucken

Where has Wilson picked up all his money?
Had a dreadful year by all accounts and is apparently struggling with an eye issue.

Been to a Euro Tour final last year and he was pretty decent on tour I think. This year he's been crap

Ah right, yeah that’s the thing with the Euro events, one good weekend and the draw opening up for you and you make a semi or a final then that’s you sorted for the next year.

For reference, he's only qualified for one of the next 3 ET events, ET4 this weekend. Definitely not impossible that the guys below him could reel him in, plenty of earning potential thereMark wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2019 11:25 amAh right, yeah that’s the thing with the Euro events, one good weekend and the draw opening up for you and you make a semi or a final then that’s you sorted for the next year.

Awful weekend for Steve West, he may find himself quite far behind soon. Would like to see Dobey make it, but other than that, I'm happy with how this looks at the moment!
