The New "New Era"
Been having a sniff around and this is possibly a bit interesting, make your own minds up.
Had a look at Kane Developments (Gainsborough) Limited and the credit rating right now stands at 27 from 100. The suggested credit limit is £Nil, Cash With Order. So the question is how can that be for a company owned and ran by the BDO Chairman and his delightful husband?
Now here's the rub, they shortened the accounting year to 28th March 2018 from 30th March 2018 which effectively gives them three more months to file accounts. My question is why with a Balance Sheet Value of £211,804 as at 31.03.2017 would you delay posting the 2018 accounts?
Looking at the 2017 accounts it appears they put their home into the business which inflated the value, then revalued it to push the Balance Sheet into a positive overall. But with a Current Asset deficit of £404k I wouldn't give this company a second look.
Also the idiots could have filed "Micro Accounts" which wouldn't have revealed any of my analysis

Re: The New "New Era"
A few years ago I remarked that the BDO is the kind of rudderless organisation that's very likely to ultimately end up in the hands of somebody who promises them the moon but really only wants to gut it of its remaining valuables for personal profit. I expected that to be a Warren Brown-like outsider, but it would be even funnier if it's somebody who already was part of the "family".

Only £10k in the last accounts
The cash balance at just over £2k is poor.
I can't help wondering where or how the Turkish Open profits are declared
