Pretty much
What's too like?
A misunderstood man in my opinion. I’m not excusing some of his behaviour at the last world championship, but there are other players that have done worse and don’t seem to get the grief Wadey gets on here.

Worse than his performance and interview after the asada game?

Misunderstood in what way?
I don't like him due to his attitude towards other players..He is not good to watch either as he comes across with zero personality and I am sick of hearing about his mental health issues..
Other than that he is ok, I suppose

“Worse than his performance and interview after the asada game?”

There’s been far worse behaviour during games. The interview was poor I admit. As for worse behaviour during a game. Well i think Gerwyn Price and his rather over exuberant celebrations ( although I think his recent punishment is very harsh)
Adrian Lewis when he went for that player at a floor tournament was disgraceful. Peter Wright not shaking hands with Rob Cross at that Premier league game for no apparent reason as well.
I’m not saying Wadeys an angel but he’s not the devil incarnate either.

Nothing wrong with highlighting his mental health issues. These things need to be discussed imo.
As for his attitude towards other players? He doesn’t come across to me as unpopular with other players.
As for not good to watch, granted he doesn’t get the huge averages, but his finishing is generally top draw, and he shows a lot of bottle in games.

The lack of handshake is inexcusable in a sporting event, regardless of if you like the player or not..
Wade tends to give a cursory handshake with no eye contact most of the time but the Asada incident was a total disgrace and worse than Vermin IMO. Vermin is just a wind up merchant who likes to get under his opponent's skin, and succeeds most of the time.
Wade blames screaming in someone's face on a meltdown, and will probably get off lightly because of his "condition"
That I cannot stand, as all players should be treated the same, Gando included, regardless of whether they have "issues" and I think Wade plays on that a bit too much

I agree in that Price does do it as a wind up. He is darts pantomime villain. As I stated earlier I think his punishment is very harsh and I personally hope he appeals.

Wade plodding along at 90 is going to achieve nothing.

Wade is such a pitiful scorer. Another who just lets his darts flop in at a minging angle made for deflections away from the 60 and does nothing to try and fix it.

Fair fucks to him for making a career of winning titles Colin Lloyd style though.
