im not sure it'll be much different to this year. theres a real chance that none of them get through Q school

I could see the Euro lads, Unty, Harms and Veenstra all being serious title contenders, as well as Mitchell. That's probably my top 4, though obviously not every top player will get a card.
Warren could be another entry in the top 8 based on his showings in the past 2 years

In 1992. It wasn't until 2002 that DVD overtook VHS as the dominant platform. Incidentally, that VHS release was the last straw before the rebels stopped being a pressure group within the BDO and instead became an independent organization. Taylor, Gregory, Bristow, Lowe, Deller, Lim, and their agents, were not paid, although Sid Waddell got a fee from Tony Green apparently.

Yet, take that moment of Lakeside-borne haplessness in last week’s quarter-finals, as shown on Eurosport, when Michael Unterbuchner of Germany had a chance to take out 167. He hit treble one, treble one and single two, making a somewhat disappointing eight in total and leaving himself on 159. This must surely have been the first time in the history of the Lakeside, even, that a player has stepped up to the oche on a three-dart finish, only to walk away from it, three darts later, on a four-dart finish.
