In the long run missing out might be a good thing for him. The guy can clearly play but he's just far too inconsistent to do it when it matters. His mentality doesn't help either, as evidenced by that on-stream breakdown against Kyle back in Dublin:

Gotta be honest, the next televised BDO major will be hilarious comms wise after this weekend. Should they actually mention Q School of course

Just four players reached at least the last 64 on all four days, Menzies is the only one not to win a card. (Worsley, Bain and Whitehead are the other three.)
