Which is very possible! Tough first game, but you'd back him to proceed to getting hammered by Gurney if he does win that game

I'm actually going for a Chizzy v Cross final. I can picture it now. Chizzy battling Cross, both 105 average going down to a final leg decider. Chizzy finishing on D18 for a 10-dart leg to become World Champion, dispatching the World Number One and Two on the way.

MvG £350k
Anderson £160k
Barney and Wright £80k
Gurney, Chisnall and Wade £38k
Both the Websters, Fatpot, Kimmy, VdP, Klaasen, M Smith, Ian White £25k

Everyone else £17k or less. And yes, Cross £0.

All seeds this year get £15k straight away.
Big changes on the way ! We've heard it before but it's different this time !!!! , I believe Bdo gonna grow x

Lewis Webster, Huybrechts and Klaasen may struggle to defend their third round winnings.

An early loss for mvg coupled with gando or cross winning and mvg could lose his number one ranking then.
Same could be said for wright but in all likelihood he will lose against his 80k.

Cross winning, yes. Ando cant get anywhere near. MvG would have to lose very early doors for that to happen as well, I think (PDC website hasnt updated since the 18th so unsure how much MvG lost this weekend)

Of course, if gando won he would "only" gain 340k which wouldn't be enough.
Mvg lost 40k yesterday I think.

Unless Gando reaches the semis, he's likely to slip behind Gurney, which is interesting given how their years had gone prior to last weekend

As Anastasia Dobromislova and Lisa Ashton have qualified for this, will they no longer be eligible for Lakeside?

andersons little corner of the draw is a cake walk.
no chance he slips up before a potential tie with gurney.

They will only have to win one game to get 25k..

Though just breaking even would be like losing money given other players are likely to make gains

Same could be said for wright but in all likelihood he will lose against his 80k.
Here are the rankings with minimum money added

http://www.dartsdatabase.co.uk/Rankings ... ey=17&pg=1

If barney loses to snackpot he could be in serious trouble for his final year
MvG could lose his number one if cross or crusty win and he goes out in qtr finals

On all evidence mvg is safe then!

If He wins then he will maintain a massive lead again but a win for anyone else will make the rankings a lot closer for next year..
A win for gando will see him back up to number two.
